About Maegan

Maegan is a Canadian actor, screenwriter, and digital content creator known for her multi-hyphenate talents across film, television, and social media. Based in British Columbia, she began her career working in background and commercial acting. 

During the pandemic, Maegan transitioned into digital content creation, quickly building an audience of over 150,000 followers across platforms with her unique blend of cinematic storytelling, cozy lifestyle content, and viral ASMR food videos under the brand Maegan Eats. Her work has led to collaborations with national brands such as Earth’s Own, Hotel Zed, Hello Fresh, One Degree Organics and more.

Even after battling a learning disability throughout her school years, she became a passionate writer. Maegan has written multiple feature film scripts and TV pilots—many of which center around mystery, romance, and layered female characters. Her short films have screened at local festivals, where she’s received awards for Best Short Film.

She’s currently developing original screenplays, and recently finished her first manuscript.

Maegan continues to expand her creative footprint both in front of and behind the camera, driven by a love of storytelling, nostalgia, and human connection.
